About Ash Siale
Through her personal experiences of youth pastoring, neurodivergence, mental health challenges, and motherhood, Ash developed a deep empathy for others and a passion for supporting wellbeing. Ash began studying towards her Bachelor of Counselling Degree through Bethlehem Tertiary Institute in 2020, finishing in 2025 and is a provisional member of NZCCA.
Ash considers it a real privilege to walk alongside others in their journeys and uses a client-centred approach, drawing on strengths-based, cognitive behavioural, and narrative therapy tools - often with a touch of humour and 'realness'. Her personal Christian faith informs her values of grace, dignity, and hope, and may be acknowledged when welcomed by the client, while always respecting each person’s beliefs, culture, and autonomy.
