About Ash Siale
Through her personal experiences of youth pastoring, neurodivergence, mental health challenges, and motherhood, Ash developed a deep empathy for others and a passion for supporting wellbeing. Ash began studying towards her Bachelor of Counselling Degree through Bethlehem Tertiary Institute in 2020, finishing in 2025 and is a provisional member of NZCCA.
Ash considers it a real privilege to walk alongside others in their journeys and uses a client-centred approach, drawing on strengths-based, cognitive behavioural, and narrative therapy tools - often with a touch of humour and 'realness'.
