Terms & Conditions

The important things to know:​​

• Gifted counselling sessions may be used to cover the full cost of a single session or contribute toward multiple reduced-cost sessions.

• All gifted sessions are allocated in ways that preserve full client autonomy. Recipients retain complete freedom to decide when and how they engage in counselling.

• Purchasers may choose to receive a notification when their gift is redeemed.

• No ongoing, personal or identifying client information will be disclosed under any circumstances.

• Gifted sessions are non-refundable once purchased.

• Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to alternative services, or assigned to a specified individual by the purchaser.

• Grace Room Counselling reserves the right to allocate gifted sessions based on clinical appropriateness, availability, and client need.

• Gifted sessions do not guarantee immediate appointment availability.

• All counselling delivered through a gifted session remains subject to the practice’s standard policies, ethical requirements, and professional guidelines.
